Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned
UX Design Professional with experience in delivering endtoend product design across complex, multimodule platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web, mobile and enterprise systems, with proven ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into intuitive, structured user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience designing for complex, multimodule products (web, mobile, enterprise systems, or large-scale platforms).
- Handson experience in creating design-to-code layered prototypes, componentbased flows, and developerready design specifications.
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, research synthesis, and translating insights into design strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead UX initiatives, guide junior designers, and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience working in AI-integrated workflows, including prototyping, research synthesis, or automation-driven design tasks.
- Ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into structured, intuitive UX flows and wireframes.
- Knowledge of design system creation, component governance, and scalable pattern design.
- Experience applying domain-specific understanding (industry knowledge, business logic, compliance constraints) to improve UX quality.
- Ability to document and present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Core Competencies
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, wireframing, and design strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and other industrystandard design tools.
- Ability to produce highquality prototypes with design tokens, components, and responsive behavior.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Strong grasp of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, responsive frameworks) to collaborate effectively with engineering.
- Ability to integrate AI into UX workflows to increase speed, reduce manual effort, and improve quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- High collaboration skills and comfort working in crossfunctional teams.
- Empathydriven approach to users, teammates, and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving ability and structured thinking.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and complex problem spaces.
- Leadership, mentorship, and ability to support team growth.
- 6-10 years of experience in UI UX Designing.
