Engineer /
SeniorEngineer Testing located in
Sriperumbudur
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for handle the overall shift activities and reports to the Superior.
- Provide solution for process related and test issues with the global team/Customer support to achieve the quality of NPI and Production
- Should have experience in handling Barcode Printers.
- Label design/ programming in ZPL, Software etc..
- Sound Knowledge in RF Testing, RF Sig gen, Analyzers (Spectrum), power meter/sensor, Switch/Splitter
- Preventive maintenance / Equipment Calibration
- Experience in Networking Fundamentals. OSI models, Subnet, Routers, Switches etc.
- ICT / Flying Probe, Board level Functional Test, Device level Testing
- Knowledge in Thermal Profile, Burn In chamber, ESS chamber etc..
- Capacity Analysis and Asset management
- Preparing Engineering documents
- Test Equipment GR&R, Equipment buy-off.
- Failure recovery management and ECN implementation
- Co-ordinate with process & production for Yield and Quality improvement.
- Should maintain factory targeted yield downtime and failure percentage.
The experience we're looking to add to our team
- Should have completed Diploma in ECE/CSE/EEE or B.E / B.Tech in ECE/CSE/EEE
- 6 - 9 Years Exp in OEM/ EMS
- Experience in ICT / Flying probe/Board level Functional test/RF/Networking like Routers and switches.
- Should have knowledge in Python Code development.
- Team Management/ Customer Handling
- Sound knowledge in preparing RFQs/ Capex & Test NREs
