What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and implement robust test plans and test cases tailored to product requirements.
- Automate testing workflows using industry-standard frameworks and best coding practices.
- Take the lead in coordinating and executing both automated and manual testing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development and product to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
- Detect, document, and track bugs effectively through their lifecycle.
- Continuously improve existing QA processes and pioneer new testing strategies.
- Ensure testing efforts align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience writing automation scripts for UI and API
- Strong understanding and experience in Selenium WebDriver for UI testing.
- Proficient in API automation using RestAssured
- Solid programming/scripting skills in Java, C#, or Python (at least 2 years).
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, or Cucumber is a big plus.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Understanding of object-oriented PHP concepts is advantageous.
- Proficient with Git for version control.
- Bonus: Familiarity with JIRA, JQL, and Jenkins.
- Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
