- Auto CAD, Solid works or any 3D Software experience
- Knowledge on Jigs, Fixture, SPM and Machine design
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate excel skills
Responsibilities
- Planning and setting up new assembly line, end to end process validation & implementation for new product
- PSPHW / Jigs & Fixtures planning & validation
- Equipment selection, validation, implementation & monitoring the performance
- Focus on Process improvements which results in Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety [i.e. Manufacturing Failure Rate Reduction, UPH & UPPH improvement & other yield improvements]
- New Technology introduction
- Localization of tools and Fixtures
- Design and development of work station and tools
- Fuse Configuration, Label design and Variant management
- Responsible for defining process flow
- Responsible for preparing process & plant layout
- Preparing Line balancing sheet and declaring UPH, UPPH, line capacity & monitoring UPH & UPPH achievement.
- Preparing Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Process optimization by conducting time study & re-line balancing
- Asset Management
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Industrial or Process Engineering
- Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical
