Senior Engineer, Structures- I&I

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design for building and industrial projects from concept to detailed design stage.
• Design and analyse reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures using international standards.
• Collaborate with virtual teams across India, UK, and other regions to deliver engineering solutions.
• Ensure structural designs comply with Eurocodes, ACI, IS Codes, BS Codes, or other applicable international codes.
• Use structural analysis and design tools such as ETABS, ROBOT, Strusoft FEM, Idea Statica, or Tekla Structural Designer.
• Prepare structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
• Perform RCC and steel detailing, precast design, and post-tensioning calculations.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in the structural design team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, developing ways of working, and process improvement within the team.
