Senior Engineer - Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer expectations and perform detailed design for assigned modules.
• Analyze and understand module/component requirements in line with overall project scope.
• Assist analysts and designers in module analysis and design activities.
• Implement and develop code according to design specifications and coding standards.
• Ensure on-time and quality delivery of assigned tasks.
• Comply with organizational policies and procedures including timesheet and leave management.
• Assist in preparation of Integration Test Plan and support integration/system testing.
• Resolve defects reported during peer reviews, testing, and verification activities.
• Conduct and participate in peer code reviews.
• Contribute to reusability of code/components to reduce rework.
• Participate in customer calls and provide status reports as per defined timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and guide junior developers.
• Engage in continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical skills.
