Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for a Senior Engineer at Shree EnerMech Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end insulation services projects, including design, fabrication, supply, and installation. Responsibilities also include leading project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the highest standards of project quality and safety. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Technical expertise in Insulation systems, design, and installation methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
- Hands-on experience with equipment operations and safety protocols
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery
