Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports.
- Utilize SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance CRM functionalities and reporting capabilities.
- Use SAQL and bindings for advanced data analysis and dynamic reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytics platforms.
- Optimize data models and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and reporting.
- Support ongoing enhancements and improvements in analytics capabilities.
Experience Required:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and analytics development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and data querying.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Familiarity with SAQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
