Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
- Expand the sales funnel and generate leads in the assigned region.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored PCP solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance on product selection and applications.
Sales Execution
- Lead the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Coordinate with engineering/product teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Market Penetration & Expansion
- Identify and target new clients in key industrial sectors (oil & gas, water treatment, chemicals, food & beverage).
- Increase market share in existing accounts and expand into untapped regions.
- Foster partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.
Technical Knowledge & Support
- Possess in-depth knowledge of progressive cavity pumps and industrial applications.
- Provide troubleshooting support and collaborate on product customization.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain CRM and Excel records of sales activities, interactions, and opportunities.
- Provide regular forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
