Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
  • Expand the sales funnel and generate leads in the assigned region.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and distributors.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored PCP solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product selection and applications.

Sales Execution

  • Lead the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Coordinate with engineering/product teams for timely delivery and installation.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Identify and target new clients in key industrial sectors (oil & gas, water treatment, chemicals, food & beverage).
  • Increase market share in existing accounts and expand into untapped regions.
  • Foster partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.

Technical Knowledge & Support

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of progressive cavity pumps and industrial applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and collaborate on product customization.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain CRM and Excel records of sales activities, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
