Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industries, and customer segments.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive positioning.
- Expand and strengthen the sales funnel within the assigned region.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, engineers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized PCP solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection and applications.
Sales Execution:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Market Penetration & Expansion:
- Identify new clients in industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, chemicals, and food & beverage.
- Increase market share within existing accounts and expand into new territories.
- Develop channel partnerships to strengthen regional presence.
Technical Support & Product Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of progressive cavity pumps and fluid handling systems.
- Support customers with troubleshooting and maintenance guidance.
- Collaborate with technical teams for product customization and application-specific solutions.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel tools.
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Track key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
