You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance specialist.

How you will contribute

You will assess information security risks in line with internal policy and external best practices, and support security of information and IT assets by testing security systems and applying security standards, policies, and procedures. Under the guidance of global information security lead, you will implement cyber security technology and provide day-to-day business support. If relevant to your role, you will manage third-party providers to ensure that any internal or third-party adhere to standards. You will also provide information security training to appropriate teams.

How you will contribute

You willwork withamixof bothteam membersand contractors. Responsibilities will includecollaborating withthe team indelivering a secure solution in a timelymanner,that keeps up with current security best practices.You will also be responsible for discovering and deploying enhancements, as well as managing global deployments and changes.AsanIdentity SeniorEngineerSailPoint,you will work on a SailPoint Identity platform to support Identity Access Management needs.

What you will bring

  • Performtheday-to-daySailPointIdentityPlatformtechnicaloperations and taskexecution.

  • Implement and manage SailPoint Workflowsto automate Access Approvals,recertifications, and role changes based on pre-defined governance models.

  • Develop Access Request process providing users with self service capabilities through SailPoint User interface while enforcing Access policies.

  • Design and implement RBAC models using SailPoint, ensuring access to applications and data is managed consistently and securely.

  • Provide technical support for SailPointIdentity Platform, ensuringtimelyresolution of issues related to identity provisioning, access requests, and system integrations.

  • Work closely with IT and security teams to troubleshoot IAM related issues such as provisioning errors, access failures, and role conflicts.

  • Design and maintainSailPointintegrations to provideprovisioning and certificationcapabilities across various enterprise systems.

  • Create and manage audit reports for periodic access reviews, recertifications, and entitlement reviews.

  • Collaborate with application and IT teams to integrateSailPointwith core enterprise applications ensuring secure and user-friendly access.

  • Helpdrive continuousquality and process improvement withinyourarea.

  • Present security concepts,technologiesand improvementplansto broad audience groups.

  • Helpteam members todeterminesecurity requirements for business processes and technology systems based uponacceptedrisk analysis methods, functional and performance requirements, information security architecture principles, and market-leadingsolutions.

  • Support theteam in the creation, tracking, and completion of any compliance findings related to identity and accessmanagement.

  • Prioritize and balance workload based on severity,anddeadline for theteam.

  • Make risk-based decisions/recommendations when deviations from standards arerequired, including recommendations on compensatingcontrols.

  • Troubleshoot and fixproduction issues andincidents andparticipatein problem and change managementforums.

  • Drive accountabilityand SLA/OLA adherence with the vendors contracted to providesupport.

  • Mentor junior team members, helping train them on new systems and concepts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum5yearsknowledge and experience working withandimplementingSailPoint IIQ, SailPointIdentity Now,SailPoint ISCanditsconstituent components.

  • Excellent technical thought leadership, hands on experience andimplementationskillsonSailPoint IIQ,and SailPointIdentityNow.

  • Hands-on in developing LCM workflows, connectors, config events, scheduledtasksetc.

  • Good working knowledge on REST API

  • Prefer knowledge, and hands on experience in one or more of the following-Ping SSO/MFA, Active Directory, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk,andVenafi

  • Familiar with design patterns to implement RBAC vs ABAC vs PBAC

  • Familiar with IAM concepts of least privileged access, Federation, Assurance, Reconciliation, and evidence collection for Audits.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitationskills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude. Can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest,consistent,and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposedapproach.

  • Proven teamplayerand teambuilderused tomanagemultiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects andinitiatives.

  • Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out developmentopportunities.
