RPA/Python/VBA Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RPA/Python/VBA Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and proficiency in Python and VBA. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-standard tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Create and manage VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for automation projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and automation technologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with VBA for automating tasks in Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their automation services.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in RPA development and automation.
- Certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) are a plus.
