Overall Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in Blue Prism and .NET programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and testing automation applications, as well as mentoring junior team members.
Overall Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test automation applications using Blue Prism to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor automation processes through the control room, performing debugging and troubleshooting as necessary.
Manage process scheduling and ensure effective error handling to minimize disruptions.
Guide and mentor junior team members on automation best practices and methodologies.
Software Requirements:
Certification in Blue Prism with 6-8 years of strong technical expertise.
Proficient in programming, particularly in .NET, and familiar with one or more additional programming languages.
Good understanding of databases (SQL Server) with the ability to write complex queries.
Familiarity with Blue Prism infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Must Have:
Strong technical expertise in RPA using Blue Prism.
Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.
Knowledge of reusability concepts and error handling techniques in automation.
Ability to manage and monitor processes effectively.
Good to Have:
Experience with monitoring tools like Sumo and Apps.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in RPA development and automation engineering.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
Develop and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism.
Conduct testing and validation of automation processes to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation applications.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in RPA and Blue Prism are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
