Job Description

Perform geometric design of roads and highways in accordance with international standards and best practices
Develop and manage 3D road models using advanced design software tools
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and design documentation aligned with global standards
Utilize software such as NovaPoint and Civil 3D for road design, modelling, and analysis
Apply design standards such as VGU, Euro Code, DMRB, AASHTO, and other relevant international codes
Conduct QA/QC checks by verifying design methodology, calculations, and outputs
Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams for timely project delivery
Lead and manage small teams of junior engineers and CAD technicians
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to overall project success
Use BIM tools such as Navisworks or InfraWorks to support design coordination (where applicable)
Continuously explore and adopt new tools, techniques, and workflows to enhance productivity
Prepare reports, technical documentation, and presentations as required
Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables
Work on international projects, preferably involving UK and Nordic region standards and practices
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and present design solutions confidently
