Job Description

Develop and manage 3D BIM models, including detailed 3D reinforcement modelling for civil structures
Prepare engineering drawings and models for bridges, underground metro stations, port, and marine projects
Coordinate with drafting and modelling teams to deliver complex design tasks efficiently
Ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of drawings, 3D models, and project documentation
Perform bridge modelling, reinforcement detailing, and quantity estimation for various structural components
Create general arrangement drawings, reinforcement drawings, and detailed structural layouts
Utilize tools such as Tekla for advanced 3D modelling and detailing; apply Rhino/Grasshopper where applicable
Coordinate with technical managers and engineers to gather inputs and ensure alignment with design requirements
Apply international design standards including Eurocode and Norwegian standards where required
Mentor and supervise junior designers, supporting their technical growth and development
Maintain high standards of quality, discipline, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Work independently as well as collaboratively within teams to meet project deadlines
Handle multiple deliverables in a dynamic project environment with changing timelines
