Senior Engineer

Description

• We are seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in software development to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative engineering solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success.
• Responsible for leading the performance of Ergonomics and to meet the customer requirements and also project deliverables. On time delivery of Remote engineering Projects based on Corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex engineering solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in technical projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8-13 years of experience in software engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
