What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer - Production (m/f/d):

• Manage (Lead) operators in the line operation by workstations.
• Manage the hourly count performance & cell performance board
• Ensure adherence to standard work, SHE standards , 5 S standards, Change over standards, tooling managementTrain, coach and assess line operators.
• Engage operations for Employees suggestions in S/Q/C/P etc.
• Update and monitor the line-side operation dashboard every 60 min.

Your profile as Senior Engineer - Production (m/f/d):

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in the automotive sector, with expertise in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to implement advanced manufacturing concepts like Kaizen, Lean, SMED, and TQM, achieving cost optimization and waste reduction.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, AutoCAD, PLC, and CNC programming, with a deep understanding of manufacturing automation and processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of coordinating value stream support functions and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, coupled with a disciplined, systematic, and integrity-driven approach to managing complex manufacturing environments.
