KRA'S :
- Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for assembly of new and existing products
- Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification
- Identify root cause of the problems (Internal / External) and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools
- Implement Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs.
- Implementation of Kaizen at assembly lines.
Incumbent profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Production engineering/Mechatronics/ Electrical / with 4+ years of work experience.
- Ability to conceptualize, design & development of efficient jigs, fixtures preferably with automation as feasible.
- Exposure in problems solving technique such as by implementing SPC, poka-yoke and other problem-solving tools (e.g. Six sigma)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems & Six sigma
Annual Compensation: 10-12LPA
