Job Description
* Leading Feed and Detail Engineering activities, Cost Estimate.
* Leading and Guiding team consisting of Piping Engineers and Designers.
* Coordinating multi-discipline, multi-office project activities.
* Review of Client requirements, ITB
* Good Knowledge of 3D Project Execution methods
* Knowledge of Chemical system Piping and Layout.
* Good Knowledge of OISD/PESO/Gas cylinder Rules/SMPV Rules.
* Knowledge of Equipment Erection /Maintenance/Operation, Methodology of industry process Equipment.
* Good Awareness of Piping material Specifications, Knowledge of Piping Supports and support standards.
* Preparation of Equipment layouts and plot plan.
* Coordinate Material Take-off (MTO) activities at various stage of the project and control overall MTO till mechanical Completion.
* Procurement activity for piping items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications,
* Review of piping content for mechanical packages
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering With 8+ Years of Core Experience
* All piping Deliverables.
* Quality, Productivity, schedule, budget, client expectations
* Manhour estimation, manpower planning.
* Progress measurements and tracking,
* Identifying the changes wrt scope and budget, Performing squad checks.
* Interdisciplinary coordination,
* Coordination with client, presenting model to client in client model review during 30 %, 60%, 90% review.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to produce high - quality design, drawings and technical reports within the predefined deadlines.
* Good learning and understanding capability.
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi - disciplinary team.
* Self - driven with good management & reporting capabilities.
* Competent user of Microsoft packages like Outlook, Excel & word, PowerPoint
* Good understanding of design softwares Plant 3D, S3D, E3D
* Knowledge of 3D review softwares like Navisworks and SPR
* Knowledge of other supporting software like Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Office 365
* Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate
* in a global environment are essential.
