Senior Engineer- Outbound Logistics

Job Title: Senior Engineer - Outbound Logistics.

Job overview/Purpose of the Position:

At KK group, the Outbound Logistics role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. This position focuses on coordinating dispatch operations, managing transportation activities, and maintaining high service standards across the supply chain.

The role requires close collaboration with warehouse teams, transportation partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Area of responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Manage transportation schedules and delivery timelines.
• Maintain logistics documentation and system records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in outbound logistics operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor outbound shipment activities.

Competencies (e.g. technical skills):

• Knowledge of outbound logistics and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with logistics systems (D365) and documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Additional information:

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP / logistics tracking software MS Excel or similar reporting tools Dispatch and transportation management platforms.

Educational Qualification Required:

• Any Bachelor's in Engineering / Equivalent.

Relevant Experience Required: 6+ Years.

Certifications & Licenses: Logistics & Supply Chain Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) APICS.
• Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) APICS.
• Diploma / Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA).
