What You Will Do
- The candidate should have a background in order management, engineering, supply chain, material logistics, or finance.
- He/she will collaborate with different groups across the BUs SV and SPG to support service operations.
- Collect data from the order managers and business partners for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
- Develop, review, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet stringent business targets.
- Liaise with our Service partners, order managers, buyers, planners, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and repairs.
- Coordinate order pull-ins/push outs with our Service business partners to meet customer demands and financial targets for both, SPG, SDO, and PGO.
- Prepare and track weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecasts to ensure financial targets.
- Coordinate issue resolutions with Warehouse & Supply for on-time delivery of parts.
- Act as single point of contact for buy-backs between GT and SPG to ensure seamless and timely part procurement to support manufacturing needs.
- Work with the various site management groups to feed workload and forecast to the planning team and track takt plans, NAH, and financial budgets.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in related field – equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years related work experience in related field
- Strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality.
- Strong organizational skills, customer focus, teamwork, collaboration is a must.
- Expert written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
- MRP experience is preferred – SAP experience is emphasized.
- Strong customer service focus, strategic view and solid experiences in the service arena.
