Job description

Act as a Technical Lead for the Management Testing Aspects of eNodeB
Lead the OSS/North Bound Interface Testing/Integration thru Management Software of eNodeB
Work with OSS/BSS Integrators for successful integration of eNodeB thru Management Software
Communicate with Design/PLM/Support teams for release updates
Track parallel release testing progress
Track field issues and internal bugs, prioritize them for fix
Distribute the features and the tasks among the team

Mandatory skills:

BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. (EC/EE/CS) Degree with 3+ yrs.
Must have good understanding of wireless technologies such 4G,5G.
Experience in NMS/EMS FCAPS Testing
Working knowledge of how to manage large number of eNodeB thru Network Management Software (FCAPS)
Must have worked on couple of OSS/BSS Integration project for LTE
UI Automation Exposure using selenium/python or any similar tool
Good to have SON Integration Knowledge

Desired skills:

Find out innovative ideas for making repetitive work easy/faster using scripting or tools
Provide Feedback to automation team for Important Field Issues/Internal Bugs to be automated in UI/API on priority
Hire and Train New Joiners
Set Goals and appraise the team members based on the achievements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:3 to 6 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.
Education:B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
