About this opportunity:
The Senior Network Engineer supports radio network optimization, drive test execution, and cluster acceptance activities for 2G,3G, 4G and 5G networks. The role focuses on delivering quality analysis, KPI validation, and acceptance support under defined guidelines, while collaborating closely with team and customer teams to ensure network performance and readiness.
What you will do:
- Create compliance with radio design standards, operator guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Leads the review and approval of radio planning and detailed design drawings (2G/3G/LTE/5G)
- Validate design assumptions against radio planning tools and coverage predictions.
- Act as the focal technical reviewer for radio design deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to radio planners and design engineers.
- Identify design risks, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities at early stages.
- Support resolution of design-related issues during deployment and integration.
- Maintain documentation and version control of approved designs.
- Participate in design review meetings and technical workshops.
- Ensure all drawings meet internal quality standards and project timeline
- Good communication and coordination skills.
What you will do:
- Leads the technical review and ensures alignment of processes for validation and approval of radio network planning and design drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, coverage objectives, and project requirements.
- Serves as the primary technical authority for design quality, coordinating effectively between planning, design, and deployment teams.
Tools knowledge: ATOLL, NRM, Nemesis, ADC built, Metri cell, Site tracker
Experience: 5+ years in relevant skills with Total RF experience: 10+ years
