Masters or Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineers with 3+ years of experience
Experienced in design and/or layout of Analog and mixed signal circuits
Experienced in circuit simulation with Cadence ADE/Spectre, ideally with experience of RF simulations and debugging simulation issues
Proficient at programming, like Cadence SKILL/Perl/Python/Shell etc. Formal training in software development is preferred.
Good to have PDK or physical verification rules development experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for working, influencing and collaborating with product development groups in India and worldwide.
