Your Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of various logistics specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipping documentation, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of vessel line-up plans, transportation schedules, and shipment data.
- Manage project budgets related to logistics activities, including cost control and forecasting.
- Handle detention, demurrage, and other extra-cost management.
- Supervise PR/PO and invoice processes for logistics services.
- Maintain and update global shipping lists and related documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding transportation schedules and shipping requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in working within multinational environments or cross-border teams.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is mandatory.
