Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer with expertise in Linux Platform / BSP Customization
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and optimize software platforms for automotive systems, including infotainment, telematics, ADAS, and other vehicle control systems.
Contribute individually and perform Technical Lead role for a team of 10-20 members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture.
Conduct software simulations and testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
Perform system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to resolve software issues.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations, including functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity requirements.
Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
8+ years of experience Platform development / BSP Customization for Linux based systems.
Proficiency in Linux Build Tools Yocto
Experience in working with Agile development workflow
Experience with communication protocols CAN, Ethernet, WiFi/BT, I2C, SPI.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to production.
