Roles & responsibilities

  • Being a part of KPMG Product Business Partnering team, the candidate will be part of design & develop various solutions in the Data & Analytics team .
  • The Product team member will be responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of application capabilities within the Data & Analytics Portfolio, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution by managing requirements, coordinating the product development lifecycle, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • In addition to above:
  • Collaborate with the Application Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
  • Actively participate by leading or contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups
  • Ensure build teams have clarity on sprint goals, user stories, and task expectations, and provide timely feedback throughout the sprint cycle
  • Maintain open communication between business stakeholders and the build team
  • Support testing efforts by aligning test plans with requirements and participating in validation activities to ensure quality and completeness
  • Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with frameworks
  • Create or update guidance and training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer
  • Assist in resolving product issues, drafting defects and release notes, and incorporating feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience
  • Contribute to ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification required: Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Work Experience


  • 2-3 years of experience years relevant work experience

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • Understanding of KCw Workflow/ similar Cloud based audit platform and how engagement teams document their D&A activity
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of Software development frameworks Agile

Preferred Technical & Functional Skills


  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Azure Devops
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Willingness to learn new technologies and work on them
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks, adapting to changing requirements, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, thinking strategically, and adapting quickly to create solutions and establish processes in the absence of a predefined process
  • Highly organized and capable to create a detailed process
