Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Pipe Engineer with experience in the water pipeline sector and strong knowledge of MS, DI, HDPE, and UPVC piping systems. The candidate will be responsible for execution, installation, and maintenance of water pipeline works in construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise installation of water pipelines using MS, DI, HDPE, and UPVC pipes
- Review pipeline drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
- Ensure proper alignment, jointing, and laying of pipelines
- Conduct hydro testing, leak testing, and commissioning of pipelines
- Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and vendors
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain site records, reports, and material tracking
- Identify and resolve site-related pipeline issues
- Ensure efficient utilization of materials and manpower
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of water pipeline systems and pipe materials
- Experience in pipeline laying, jointing methods, and testing
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
