Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and certified L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in routing, switching, and product support across leading network platforms. The ideal candidate will be CCNA certified and proficient in managing network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CCNA Certification is mandatory.
Experience in enterprise networking.
Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba product support.
Exposure to NAC solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass) is a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Proficient in using network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Site24x7.
Educational Qualification: Any degree with relevant hands-on experience.
