Liquid Cooling | Thermal Management
Experience: 2-5 Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Role Purpose
Responsible for the electrical and electronics engineering , including electrical architecture, power distribution, controls, sensors, wiring, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for Liquid Cooling products.
- Develop electrical architecture for pumps, fans, valves, sensors, controllers, heaters, and other system components.
- Design and review power distribution, control circuits, wiring, harnesses, and electrical panels.
- Select and specify electrical/electronic components based on system requirements.
- Support integration of sensors, actuators, controllers, and monitoring devices.
- Develop and review schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical BOMs.
- Support product development, localization, cost optimization, and component standardization.
- Work with Controls/Software teams for control logic, communication interfaces, and system integration.
- Support prototype builds, electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve electrical/electronic issues during development and production.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical safety, EMC, and product standards.
- Support engineering changes through ECR/ECO and PLM processes.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Thermal, Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Global Engineering teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Knowledge of AC/DC power systems, electrical circuits, power distribution, and protection devices.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, PLCs/controllers, and control panels.
- Knowledge of wiring, harness design, connectors, grounding, and electrical safety.
- Basic understanding of pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, and liquid cooling systems.
- Understanding of temperature, pressure, flow, and level sensors.
- Exposure to CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, or similar communication protocols is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Working knowledge of electrical design tools EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical is preferred.
- Exposure to BOM, PLM, ECR/ECO, and engineering change processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Liquid Cooling, HVAC, Thermal Management, Data Center Cooling, or similar products.
- Experience with pumps, valves, sensors, controllers, or fluid-handling systems.
- Exposure to product testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support.
