Job Description

Lead the validation of electrical and electronic components, systems, and subsystems for functionality, durability, and compliance
Develop validation test plans, procedures, and test cases based on design specifications and regulatory requirements
Execute validation testing including functional, environmental, EMC, thermal, and durability tests
Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with relevant engineering teams
Coordinate with design, hardware, software, and system engineering teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
Support prototype builds, instrumentation setup, and data acquisition during validation activities
Maintain validation documentation, including test reports, issue logs, and compliance records
Ensure adherence to product development timelines and quality requirements through structured validation practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and methodologies
