We're looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud-native infrastructure initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP. You'll architect scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm, and drive automation, security, and governance across
multi-cloud environments.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Develop and manage Helm charts for environment-aware Kubernetes applications
- Develop Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds for secure, optimized container images
- Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
- Automate validation, linting, and templating workflows for secure and compliant releases
- Champion cloud-native principles: immutability, declarative configuration, and microservices
- Collaborate with developers, SREs, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, cost, and reliability across clouds
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for deployment-related issues
- Document best practices, reusable templates, and operational runbooks
Cloud & Platform Expertise
- Deep experience with AWS and Azure cloud services
- Kubernetes administration and Helm chart lifecycle management
- GitLab CI/CD pipeline orchestration and GitOps workflows
- Proficient in Docker image creation, registry management, and container security
- Familiarity with service mesh, observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana), and secrets management
WHAT YOU BRING- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Automation roles
Proficiency in Bash, Python, and YAML templating
- Experience with container security tools and supply chain validation (e.g., Chainguard)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, multi-tenant architecture, and cloud-native design patterns
- Excellent communication and documentation skills Bonus Points
- Experience with KPI dashboarding and strategic metrics for engineering teams
- Familiarity with cross-cloud cost optimization and compliance frameworks
- Contributions to open-source Helm charts or GitLab CI templates
