Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineer who will lead customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and field support for advanced chemical and explosive detection systems. This role plays a key part in translating complex technology into practical solutions for high-security environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live product demonstrations for chemical & explosive detection systems at various project locations

Provide pre-sales technical support to business development teams

Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of detection equipment

Deliver technical training sessions to end users and operators

Support field trials, evaluations, and acceptance testing

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance notes

Coordinate with international OEM partners for technical updates and issue resolution

Ensure high uptime and service standards for deployed systems

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of chemical detection / explosive detection technologies

Experience with systems such as ETD, handheld detectors, IMS-based devices, or similar

Knowledge of CBRN / security domain (preferred)

Ability to conduct client-facing demos and presentations confidently

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electronic/mechanical systems

Willingness to travel extensively across India

Strong communication and reporting skills

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field

Preferred Experience

Experience in security systems, defence projects, or critical infrastructure environments

Exposure to international OEM equipment and standards

Prior experience in technical sales support or field engineering
