Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Core Network professionals with strong hands-on expertise in HSS, UDR, and ePDG platforms. Candidates with HLR Titanium operational experience will be highly preferred. The role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, configuration, and support of critical mobile core network elements in a high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Core Network Operations
- Perform L2/L3 operations and maintenance for HSS, UDR, and ePDG nodes
- Monitor system performance, alarms, KPIs, and health checks
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to subscriber data, authentication, authorization, and mobility
- Manage incident handling, problem management, and service restoration within SLA
HLR Titanium
- Hands-on experience with HLR Titanium operations including:
- Subscriber provisioning and modifications
- Alarm and fault management
- Database maintenance and system health monitoring
- Support upgrade, migration, and patching activities
Configuration & Support
- Configure network elements and perform change management activities
- Coordinate with NOC, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Support OSS/BSS integrations and interface troubleshooting (Diameter, MAP, SS7, IPsec)
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain operational procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Participate in audits, DR drills, and capacity planning exercises
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with one or more:
- HSS (Home Subscriber Server)
- UDR (Unified Data Repository)
- ePDG (Evolved Packet Data Gateway)
- Strong operational exposure to HLR Titanium
- Good understanding of LTE / VoLTE / 5G Core concepts
- Protocol knowledge:
- Diameter, MAP, SS7
- IP, TCP/IP, VPN, IPsec
- Experience working in 24x7 operations or production support environments
Tools & Platforms
- Linux/Unix system administration
- Network monitoring and alarm tools
- Log analysis and troubleshooting utilities
Nice to Have
- Exposure to 5G core subscriber management
- Experience with vendor solutions (Ericsson / Nokia / Oracle / Huawei)
- Scripting knowledge (Shell / Python)
- Prior experience in managed services or telecom operations projects
Education
- BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
