Job Description
- Responsible for process improvement in production / loading
- Responsible for day to day organizing, planning, maintaining production lines, material and man power planning
- Coordinate with all support functions for achieving the day to day production targets
- Working with other departments such as product dev, production, maintenance, purchase, quality, to ensure all products and systems requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result
Working with other professionals such as accountants and human resources personnel, to manage budget aspects and recruitment & skill up-gradation of operators/engineers
- Proposing & controlling Capital Budget
- Liaising with the research and development department to ensure manufacturability of products at optimum productivity, quality & safety norms for new/existing products
- Upgrade self skills by internet, magazines, trainings etc
Sharing of kaizen, 5s, TPM initiatives to superiors and subordinates
Focus on productivity, quality , safety etc
- Attending training courses and conferences
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents
