Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Business Intelligence Engineer / BI Developer with strong experience in modern BI tools and the ability to integrate
AI/LLM capabilities into analytics workflows. The ideal candidate will design scalable semantic layers, build advanced dashboards, and create AI-driven insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI algorithms into BI solutions for automated insights and reporting.
- Build and optimize semantic data models/layers for scalable analytics.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations, Power Query (M) transformations, and data modeling in Power BI.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create meaningful data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Collaborate with business teams to implement self-service analytics solutions.
- Support BI architecture, data governance, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience in LLM integration, AI-driven reporting, or generative AI analytics.
- Solid understanding of semantic layer design and BI architecture.
- Expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and KPI design.
- Ability to implement self-service analytics frameworks across business teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python/R for data automation or ML (optional).
- Exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP data platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance and performance optimization.
