Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Senior Engineer Application Engineering & Technical Sales. The role involves designing and developing technical solutions, managing customer interactions to understand and address requirements, and ensuring seamless project execution. Responsibilities also include preparing and presenting proposals, providing technical support during the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing and implementing customized engineering solutions, with experience in assembly and testing system applications.
• Strong technical sales skills, ability to interact with clients, present proposals, and address technical inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, as well as experience in handling projects in industrial domains such as automotive, electronics, or medical devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Experience of 3-5 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
