Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Oversight: Oversee and meticulously manage the execution of high-rise residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, allocated budgets, and defined quality standards.
- Mivan Shuttering Expertise: Implement and rigorously supervise high-quality construction practices, with a particular emphasis on ensuring meticulous adherence to Mivan shuttering procedures and industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct frequent and thorough site inspections to ensure unwavering compliance with design specifications and stringent quality standards. Proactively identify and promptly address any quality-related issues to maintain project integrity.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage and strategically allocate all project resources, including manpower, construction materials, and essential equipment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resource usage and meticulously track project progress.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and actively promote a robust culture of safety awareness among all project team members.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and detailed project documentation, including daily site reports, periodic progress reports, and meticulously updated project schedules. Provide regular and concise updates to senior management regarding project status, encountered challenges, and significant achievements.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered on-site specifically related to Mivan shuttering. Continuously optimize resource utilization to enhance overall productivity and significantly reduce material wastage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with architects, design consultants, external contractors, and all other relevant stakeholders to ensure the seamless achievement of all project objectives.
- Representation & Presentations: Represent the organization professionally in various project meetings. Prepare and confidently present detailed project reports and essential documentation to stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Stay continuously updated with the latest developments and advancements in civil engineering. Ensure unwavering compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in managing residential high-rise projects.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering technology is mandatory.
- Strong project management and exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and robust problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Willingness to work on-site for extended periods and travel as required by project demands.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the civil engineering domain.
