Senior Engineer

We are looking for Senior Engineer - Quality to deliver excellence in new product quality through structured trials, documentation control, and strong alignment with IMS policies and objectives.

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (Injection Molding / Homeware )/ Automotive

Education Qualification:: Diploma CIPET/BE Mechanical

Experience : 7+years

Location : Silvassa

• To ensure awareness related to the Operations of the QA and Integrated Management System- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 50001:2018 as applicable
• Performing the trials of mold/RM/PM and prepare the reports
• To maintain the customer reference samples and renewal yearly
• Evaluating and maintaining the latest revision of P-Doc, specification.
• ECN Change Study / Co-ordination / Standards Revision / Implementation.
• Provide training to sub-ordinates, machine users, and packing line operators.
• Master samples Preparation, approval and re approval by customer.
• Maintaining the Quality lab

OTHERS

• To maintain the appropriate standards of conduct & data integrity.
• To prevent, eliminate & reduce waste & water pollution by improving operations and recycling / reusing of energy / waste materials wherever possible
• Should be aware about IMS objectives & policy and connected to its roles & responsibility.
