Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Program Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data management engagements.
- Translate client business objectives into structured delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes.
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure delivery quality, technical integrity, and adherence to agreed standards.
Client Delivery Leadership
- Act as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Lead delivery governance forums, status reviews, and escalation management.
- Engage in pre-sales activities like solutioning, estimations, resource planning and POC.
- Build credibility and trust through consistent delivery excellence and transparency.
Technical & Solution Leadership
- Streamline and manage coordination of data engineering, governance, cloud infra, analytics, AI/ML, InfoSec and other cross functional teams.
- Guide solution design decisions to ensure scalability, sustainability, and business value.
- Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
Team & Operational Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Drive delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent development, performance management, and resource planning.
- Report Delivery health and metrics and coordinate with PMO for compliance.
Financial & Risk Management
- Manage engagement-level financials, including budgets, forecasts, and margins.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks impacting cost, timeline, or quality.
- Partner with commercial leadership on change management and scope evolution.
