Undertake electrical system design for MV and LV power systems, emergency and normal lighting, fire alarm, life safety systems, ELV systems, ICT, security systems, earthing and lightning protection systems
Prepare electrical design deliverables including layouts, schematics, reports, calculations, and technical specifications from concept to tender stage
Perform load estimation and coordinate electrical requirements with other disciplines and stakeholders
Conduct technical reviews of electrical design outputs prepared by junior engineers
Assist in concept design stage including space planning, preliminary design, and reporting
Coordinate with global and remote teams to ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements
Support approvals from local authorities and statutory bodies
Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and engineering standards
Mentor and guide junior engineers and graduates
Evaluate design changes and support effective change management
Manage own workload, schedules, and deliverables as per project timelines
Ensure health & safety compliance in all design activities
Participate in CPD and continuous professional development activities
