Design electrical systems for building projects including MV/LV power systems, lighting, earthing & lightning protection, fire alarm, ICT, security, and ELV systems
Prepare design deliverables including layouts, schematics, calculations, reports, and technical specifications from concept to tender stage
Perform load estimation and coordinate electrical requirements with other disciplines and external stakeholders
Assist senior engineers in space planning, preliminary design, and technical reporting during concept stages
Review and check electrical design outputs prepared by junior engineers
Conduct technical reviews of electrical design deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
Collaborate with global and remote teams, ensuring alignment with local authority requirements and project standards
Support approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and graduate engineers
Manage personal workload, timelines, and project deliverables efficiently
Contribute to design change management and technical decision-making
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and health & safety standards
Participate in CPD activities for continuous professional development
