Hiring: Lead Electrical Engineer Parametric Design

Location: Gurgaon | Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: 12+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Leadership Role)

We are seeking a senior Electrical Engineering professional with strong building systems expertise and hands-on exposure to parametric and computational design workflows.

Mandatory Requirements:

12+ years of experience in building electrical systems design

Strong experience in power distribution, lighting design, controls, and low-voltage systems

Proven exposure to parametric / computational tools (Revit API, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)

Strong knowledge of US electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IES, IEEE)

Experience delivering projects from concept through execution

Experience coordinating within multidisciplinary BIM environments

Leadership experience managing teams and technical decisions

• This role requires deep technical ownership combined with digital design thinking. Coordination-only or execution-only profiles will not be considered.
