Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students over call and help them understand courses and career options.
• Guide students through inquiries, applications, financial aid, scholarships, and admission deposits.
• Follow up with students to ensure they complete their enrolment process.
• Provide basic career guidance using available university resources.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and meet admission conversion targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any field.

Minimum 3 years experience in customer support, telesales, or tele-counselling.

Must be comfortable with sales-related tasks.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Only Hyderabad-based candidates eligible.
