We're hiring a EDI Integration Architect to drive enterprise-scale B2B/EDI and cloud integration implementations for a globally recognized integration platform provider.
If you bring strong expertise in EDI, APIs, integration architecture, and customer-facing implementations, this is a high-impact role working with global clients and complex ecosystems.
You will Join a leading global technology organization in the cloud integration and data connectivity space, enabling enterprises to seamlessly connect systems, partners, and data across their digital ecosystem.
As a Principal Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end integration solutions, working closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize B2B/EDI integrations that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand business and integration requirements
- Design scalable integration architectures and patterns for cloud-based environments
- Develop and implement EDI mappings and business process workflows
- Configure and manage trading partner communication setups (AS2, SFTP, etc.)
- Create and execute unit test plans and support SIT/UAT phases
- Perform performance testing and optimization for high-volume integrations
- Prepare documentation, go-live plans, and transition-to-support activities
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and customer success
- Take end-to-end ownership of implementations and issue resolution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in EDI/B2B integration platforms
- Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
- Hands-on experience with XML, flat files, and data transformation
- Expertise in communication protocols: AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S
- Experience with REST API integrations
- Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins)
- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a customer-facing, consulting-oriented environment
