Required skills and experience :

Technical stack :

-- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator in on-prem, cloud, or containerized deployments (AKS or other managed Kubernetes platforms preferred).

-- Working knowledge of APIs (REST/JSON), web services, and integration patterns for hybrid B2B/API architectures.

-- Advanced skills in XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL for mapping, data transformation, and troubleshooting.

-- Basic to intermediate understanding of cloud concepts (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), and CI/CD practices for EDI deployments.

Nice-to-have :

-- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for EDI/SI (e.g., ELK/Elastic, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar) to improve observability and MTTR.

-- Familiarity with modern B2B/API gateways, API management platforms, and security standards (OAuth2, JWT, TLS) as they relate to B2B integrations.

-- Prior experience in a lead role handling customer communication, estimations, and coordination with global teams.
