Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, cataloguing, and advertising on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings while driving sales through effective Amazon Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing & Optimization
- Create and upload product listings on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Ensure accurate product categorization and attribute mapping.
- Optimize listings for visibility, ranking, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Catalog Management
- Manage and update product catalogs, including images, pricing, variations, and inventory.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, supply chain) for product uploads.
- Troubleshoot listing issues such as suppressed listings or content errors.
- Amazon Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, keywords, and budgets.
- Analyze ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and listings.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve listing quality and ad efficiency.
- Compliance & BesHRt Practices
- Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends.
- Ensure all listings adhere to platform guidelines and brand standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of image/content guidelines for e-commerce platforms.
