Job Purpose
- Execute and monitor email marketing and digital sales campaigns under guidance, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
- Coordinate with pricing teams to collect, consolidate, and upload fare data for website and promotional use.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing regular reports on online sales metrics, customer behaviour, and revenue outcomes.
- Support the preparation and distribution of commercial materials and presentations to stakeholders.
- Keep detailed records of contracts with partners, including updates and renewals.
- Test Closed User Group Offers (CUGOs) and promotional campaigns and provide timely support to queries from CUGO partners.
- Carry out regular pricing comparisons between benchmarked websites and emirates website in order to highlight areas where Emirates does not have competitive fares.
- Troubleshoot Ecommerce partner inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales and contracts.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, pricing, sales and customer service to ensure smooth campaign execution and issue resolution.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales processes and project documentation.
- Graduate with a minimum 5 years experience in marketing/online sales or operational capacity. Experience in the E-Commerce environment and an understanding of technology is essential.
- Basic understanding of airline fare structures, FFP (Frequent Flyer Programs), OTAs and global distribution channels would be preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or CMS tools is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
