Role Description

The Senior Draftsman will play a critical role in translating architectural designs into precise technical drawings and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes, coordinating with architects and consultants, and reviewing production drawings for accuracy. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential for project success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural drafting software
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction details, and materials
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and documentation with precision
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture or drafting is preferred
• Previous experience in High-rise residential, commercial, or urban design projects is a plus
